一、每天吃富含维C的水果,番石榴、猕猴桃、草莓、圣女果或是柑橘类都可以。

三、经常吃豆制品。大豆中的异黄酮是一种植物性雌激素,它也具有抗氧化能力,是女性维持光泽细嫩皮肤不可缺少的一类食物。大豆制品中,豆腐、豆浆是比较好的选择。而其他加工豆制品,如豆干及豆皮等,热量都比一般豆腐高很多。
